Tim has 15 years of experience in financial management and personal financial coaching. Prior to joining Francis Investment Counsel in 2006, he worked as an operations analyst in the banking and trust industry, where he developed expertise about stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree, a Series 65 investment advisers’ license and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Matthew has 10 years of experience in financial planning and coaching. He is a published member of the Financial Therapy Association (FPA), a contributing member of the National Financial Educators Council-Personal Finance Speakers Association, and the firm’s liaison to Secure Futures (an organization which provides financial education and coaching to area at risk high school students). In addition to serving as an adviser, he manages Francis Investment Counsel’s digital education resources and programs. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Family Financial Planning and Counseling and a Series 65 investment advisers’ license. Matthew is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Jay has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Francis Investment Counsel, he provided financial counseling and education to members of the United States military and served as a personal financial planner. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance, a Series 65 investment advisers’ license, and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Eric has five years of experience as a resource manager, personal financial planner and advisor. He discovered his interest in financial planning after his 20-year career in the U.S Air Force. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration degree, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and a Series 65 investment advisers’ license.
Kelli has 26 years of experience as a financial consultant and educator. She has extensive experience in training and public speaking and has authored research on the impact of workplace financial education programs on 401(k) participants’ rates of return. In addition to serving as an adviser for employees of Francis Investment Counsel’s clients, Kelli leads the firm’s “MoneyAdvice@Work” program, with overall responsibility for curriculum development, program design and delivery of coaching services. She holds a Master of Education degree with a specialty in adult education, a Series 65 investment advisers’ license, and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
Elizabeth has 12 years of experience as an educator and is passionate about using her multicultural experiences to help people from various cultures achieve their financial goals. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree, a Series 65 investment advisers’ license. Elizabeth is currently pursuing a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
